It is was our pleasure to take part in the meeting and present the Intermittent Hypoxic Training Method in one of the well-known Liliane Goschy-FRITZ Institute in Baden-Baden, Germany on the 15th if July 2020.

Dr. Alexey Platenenko as a researcher and developer IHHT method shared his experience of using the IHHT method and in particular, the ReOxy device (the first device for hypoxic treatment approved in EU as a medical device) in rehabilitation centres, covered the medical aspects and issues of using the IHHT method to Improve Sports Performance.
We have faced a lot of interest from the audience and were happy to get involved in further discussions on potential novel spheres of application of Interval Hypoxic Hyperoxic therapy with our guests and the second lector Dr. Tamara Voronina (Endocrinologist, Researcher, Leading IHT Specialist).
